Whispering Pines features a large pool with ample space surrounding the pool where you can spend many a leisure summer day. There is a cabana by the pool with rest rooms and showers. Adjacent to the pool is a well maintained tennis court and a playground for small children. Since it is a private community there is very little traffic making it ideal to walk the over two miles of paved roads. For bikers there is a scenic bike path which is just a short distance from the community that winds its way through the town and continues for more than 20 miles in both directions.
Community
Our town has an excellent school system and is proud to have the largest library in the entire county. The local sport associations support all the major sports and take advantage of the numerous ball fields within the town. In addition there is a beautiful lake in the center of town for water sport enthusiasts. It is a diversified community that provides an abundance of recreational activities, excellent restaurants, incredible scenery and close proximity to shopping.
